A plain-language operational summary for direct Knit of Shadows digital-product orders.
Order confirmation
Prices shown on the site are current offers or launch prices. For the present request-based checkout, the product, SKU, price, delivery email and payment method are confirmed before the buyer is asked to pay.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered digitally after payment is verified. The exact package may contain ZIP, XLSX, PDF, DOCX or other files described on the product page or inside the package manifest.
License
The license included inside the delivered product controls how that product may be used. Buying a file does not transfer ownership of the Knit of Shadows brand or grant resale, redistribution, sublicensing or repackaging rights unless the included license expressly allows them.
No outcome guarantees
Planning workbooks, calculators, guides and templates help organize information and decisions. They do not guarantee income, sales, project completion, safety, legal compliance, payroll accuracy, medical outcomes or other professional results. Where a product touches a regulated or safety-sensitive subject, the relevant official records, instructions and qualified professionals remain authoritative.
Buyer responsibility
Before purchase, review the product description and ask if you need clarification about included files or compatibility. After delivery, keep a backup copy and use the product within the included license.
Changes
Products, prices and site features can change over time. A confirmed direct order keeps the product and price confirmed in that order thread.
