AION 2 Global · cross-region legion scheduling
Find the best raid time for your whole legion
Your tank plays from Kyiv, your healer is in London and your DPS lives elsewhere. Enter everyone's usual free hours and this tool finds real overlapping meeting slots over the next seven days — including daylight-saving changes.
Plan a shared session →Build the full raid roster →This is a meeting availability calculator, not an official AION 2 server reset or dungeon entry calendar. No timezone or match results are fetched from the game.
Players and time zones
Start with three sample members from different European time zones. Replace their aliases and working hours. Supports 2–6 players and IANA time zones; daylight-saving changes are calculated for each proposed UTC slot.
Availability is entered in each player's local clock.

Checking next seven days…
Click a matching session to use it. Each candidate satisfies all participants' requested local-day and hour windows for the full session length. Suggestions are spaced apart to avoid repetitive slots.

Export one legion session
Copy the selected time to your legion's Discord or in-game chat. The calendar export contains the exact UTC meeting interval, so each calendar app can show its local time.
The availability link includes names or aliases and each player's available hours. Share it only with people who have agreed to share these details.

Why a global legion needs more than a clock converter
Shared availability, not just offset
Converting 20:00 Kyiv to Berlin is simple. Finding a 90-minute window when six people are genuinely free is not. This calculator checks the whole duration for every player.
Summer time matters
Europe, North America and other regions switch daylight-saving time on different dates. Candidate times are calculated from UTC and converted for each timezone independently; don't assume today's offset stays unchanged.
Local privacy first
No accounts, backend meeting table, or public legion directory are required. You can keep your roster on your device, export an agreed meeting, or explicitly share a link carrying the settings.
Legion overlap FAQ
Does this handle daylight saving time?
Yes. The browser uses the IANA timezone database through the international date formatter to check each possible UTC session in its respective local clock. Timezone data can depend on how current your device/browser is.
Why does it show no matching times?
Your ranges may not overlap long enough in the next seven days. Consider wider local availability windows, allow weekends or select a 60-minute session. Do not pretend teammates are free when their windows do not overlap.
Can it schedule the raid inside AION 2?
No. It does not communicate with AION 2 game servers, automatically invite players or verify live instance schedules. Use the separate Raid Planner to assign players and roles after selecting a meeting time.
