1. Submit review-bound items first
Confirm which store/demo items still require Valve review and get those into the queue before spending time on screenshots, particles or optional polish.
2. Remove demo blockers
Prioritize crashes, progression blockers, broken controller/input paths, save corruption and anything that prevents a player from reaching the core loop.
3. Make the first 10 minutes legible
A festival visitor should understand the fantasy, core action and next objective without reading a long manual. Fix confusing onboarding before adding more content.
4. Match store promise to the demo
The capsule, trailer, screenshots and short description should describe what the current demo actually delivers. Mismatch wastes high-intent traffic.
5. Keep one obvious next step
Wishlist, follow or feedback should be clear at the natural end of the demo. Do not make players hunt for the action you want them to take.
