Use four stockpile classes
Separate daily consumables, construction reserve, progression reserve and recovery reserve. Each class solves a different kind of interruption.
Set targets by consumption rate
Replace arbitrary numbers with usage goals such as “two build sessions plus emergency repairs” or “three cooking batches.” This scales better between solo and co-op worlds.
Use reorder points
When a critical resource drops below the threshold, make the next low-risk session a replenishment session. Recovery reserves should be rebuilt immediately after use.
Reserve project materials
Keep bridge, base expansion or other project materials in labeled storage so normal crafting does not slowly consume the project budget.
Do not overfarm rare materials
Keep a small unassigned reserve, then spend or farm more only when a specific craft solves a progression problem.
Scale co-op targets to active players
Multiply consumable targets by the number of players who actually play together, not the total server membership. Audit and shrink stale stock targets periodically.
Keep it small enough to use
A simple sequence that survives real life is more valuable than a perfect system abandoned tomorrow.
Unofficial independent fan guide. This is a planning framework rather than a fixed “correct” quantity table; world settings and group behavior change the right target.
