Keep a price list honest
A public or pitch-ready price list can be useful for starting conversations, but deliverables are not interchangeable. Usage rights, exclusivity, revisions, raw files, whitelisting/paid amplification, travel and rush delivery can materially change the scope. Keep the base menu simple and quote those additions explicitly instead of hiding them in one number.
