Formula

Monthly energy = miles × kWh per 100 miles ÷ 100. The public-charging share splits that energy between the two prices you enter. This is an electricity-cost estimate, not a total vehicle-cost estimate: insurance, maintenance, tires, purchase cost and resale belong in the vehicle ownership model.
